It's a blessing in disguise when the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) limits Manny Pacquiao's stay in the United States. Manny Pacquiao has already consumed the 6 months alloted stay for a special working visa within a 3 year period that's why he has been training in the Philippines. Manny Pacquiao has discovered Baguio city and to him, it's even better than Hollywood !
